Offsite programmes

Offsites that change how your team works — not just where.

A good offsite is not an agenda of activities. It's a designed experience that leaves your team communicating differently on Monday. I plan and facilitate offsites built around psychological safety, resilience, and communication — the human dynamics that determine whether everything else works.

Two ways to work

As much or as little as you need.

Design & facilitation

I design the programme around what your team actually needs and facilitate it on the day. You handle the venue and the practical arrangements.

Most common when there's someone internal already organising.

The full offsite

The same programme design and facilitation, plus the practical side — venue, logistics, and the running order — so you can hand the whole thing over.

Useful when the offsite has landed on someone who has enough to do already.

What we can build around

Themes that do the real work.

Psychological safety

Surface what your team isn't saying. Diagnose how safe it really feels to disagree, admit mistakes, and ask for help — and build the habits that make speaking up cheap.

Resilience

Equip the team for pressure and change — from reorganisations to AI adoption — without burning out or going quiet. Practical tools, not platitudes.

Communication & feedback

Move from silence or politeness to real conversations: feedback that lands, conflict that produces decisions, meetings where every voice counts.

Immersive VR (optional)

Add a VR simulation like Mission One to your offsite — team dynamics become visible in real time, and the debrief writes itself. Explore VR →

Ready-made masterclasses

Drop a focused masterclass into your offsite as a ready-made building block — resilience under pressure, inclusive feedback, speaking up for creativity, AI adoption, and more. See the masterclasses →

How it works

Designed with you, not off the shelf.

Every offsite starts with a conversation about what's actually happening in your team — then I design the day (or days) around it. That can be a focused one-day session for a single team, or a multi-day leadership offsite combining workshops, team diagnostics like the Fearless Organization Scan, and follow-up so the shift survives contact with the office. Based in Amsterdam, working across the Netherlands and Europe, in English or Polish.

Distributed and hybrid teams need offsites more than co-located ones, not less — the informal contact that builds trust in an office has to be created deliberately. I run these in person, fully online, and as hybrid sessions where part of the team is in a room and part isn't.

Planning an offsite? Let's design one your team still talks about in December.
