It isn't a diagnosis. We haven't been inside your organisation, and thirty minutes won't change that. What we can do is help you think about what you already know.

It isn't a sales call. If something we do would help, we'll mention it once at the end. If it wouldn't, we'll say that too.

And it isn't us asking questions for thirty minutes. You've already done the thinking. This is where we add to it.
